Amazonite Pendant

This particular stone is a lovely pale aqua and is 60 millimeters long. I've border wrapped it in 21 gauge sterling silver wire with a cluster of curls over the top of the stone.

Treat someone special to this one-of-a-kind gift or buy it for yourself.

The stone measures 3" from bottom to top of bail and is 1 1/2" wide.

Note: Amazonite varies in color from yellow-green to blue-green and may also exhibit fine white streaks. Amazonite is a gemstone variety of green microcline, a feldspar mineral. It is usually opaque and therefore is cut en cabochon. Care should be taken in storing this gemstone to protect it from scratches. Amazonite has been mined in Minas Gerais (Brazil), Colorado (U.S.), Ontario and Quebec (Canada), Baveno (Italy) and the Ural Mountains of Russia. Folklore suggests this is a stone of healing and one to improve a marriage.

Enjoy this unique piece of hand-crafted jewelry.
